minimum on a lower-step day; make up the difference on other days.
The method
No body-type ranking and no shame. The work is walking, eating with intention, and recording what actually happened.
Work toward a monthly daily average of 10,000 steps. A 6,000-step day can fit the plan when later days bring the average back up. Time and pace adjust to your fitness level.
Use a practical meal check-in: what you ate, when, and any pattern you noticed. Food is information, not a moral score. There is no required weight or body shape.
Share check-ins through the WhatsApp community. Review your weekly totals and plan the next week. An in-person training and review session once a week is optional.
Choose your route
Each age group offers a useful starting point. Your actual starting pace depends on your current ability, schedule and recovery.
The arithmetic
For a 30-day month, the target is 300,000 total steps. If one day ends at 6,000, the 4,000-step gap can be spread across later days. Your monthly average is total recorded steps divided by days in the month.
This is a program goal, not a universal health threshold. Build up gradually and adapt when pain, illness or mobility needs call for it.
