How the target, groups, check-ins and membership work.
At a glance
Do I have to walk exactly 10,000 steps every day?
No. The goal is a daily average of 10,000 steps across the month. In a 30-day month, that means 300,000 total steps. A 6,000-step day can be balanced by higher-step days later. Build gradually and adapt when health or mobility calls for it.
How long do I have to finish my steps?
There is no fixed walking time. You can split steps throughout the day. Age and fitness level inform your starting approach, but your actual pace and schedule are personal.
What does food accountability mean?
A short, honest daily record of meals, snacks and drinks, followed by a weekly look at patterns. There is no required body weight, public weigh-in or shame-based ranking. Specific dietary needs should follow advice from your own qualified professional.
Is WhatsApp required?
WhatsApp is the program's community and check-in platform. Members use it for step and food accountability and practical support. Group details are provided after enrolment opens.
Are in-person sessions required?
No. A once-weekly in-person training and review session is optional, subject to location and scheduling. Confirm availability and terms before enrolling.
Can I join if I am just starting to walk regularly?
The system allows you to start from your current baseline and build gradually. Ten thousand is the program's monthly average goal, not a starting requirement for every person. If a health condition, injury or symptoms affect exercise, seek individualized guidance.
Can I pay or join on this site today?
Not yet. The listed phone number is a placeholder and payment is not connected. The annual price is $1,000 CAD as one payment for 12 months; enrolment instructions will appear when available.
Will this guarantee weight loss or a medical result?
No. Individual outcomes vary. The program measures participation, steps, food awareness and consistency, and does not promise a specific body or medical outcome.
