The method
Simple enough to repeat.
Clear enough to measure.
No body-type ranking and no shame. The work is walking, eating with intention, and recording what actually happened.
01 / WALKMove every day
Work toward a monthly daily average of 10,000 steps. A 6,000-step day can fit the plan when later days bring the average back up. Time and pace adjust to your fitness level.
The long view
Steps + accountability + time.
The daily step record gives the program an objective behaviour to measure. The monthly average keeps one imperfect day in proportion. Accountability means recording what actually happened and continuing the work rather than waiting for a perfect week.
The payment is part of the commitment.
The one-time $1,000 CAD annual membership is not the purchase of a promised result. It marks a deliberate commitment to a full year instead of asking the member to make a new stay-or-quit decision every month.
Use the guide or join for support.
A self-directed person can use the public Fitness Two4 pages as a practical guide. Someone who naturally benefits from encouragement can join the community and use the accountability structure. Either way, the work remains with the individual.
A scale is one signal, not the whole story.
Fitness Two4 does not centre the year on weight-loss tracking or daily scale verdicts. Body weight alone cannot describe the whole process. Over time, a person may notice changes in how clothing fits, walking consistency, strength work, recovery or everyday function. These are observations, not promised outcomes. Build a year of evidence and let the record describe what happened.
02 / EATKeep an honest food record
Use a practical meal check-in: what you ate, when, and any pattern you noticed. Food is information, not a moral score. There is no required weight or body shape.
03 / REVIEWNotice the pattern
Share check-ins through the WhatsApp community. Review your weekly totals and plan the next week. An in-person training and review session once a week is optional.

Three age groups.
One accountable system.
Each age group offers a useful starting point. Your actual starting pace depends on your current ability, schedule and recovery.
The arithmetic
A low day is a number, not a failure.
For a 30-day month, the target is 300,000 total steps. If one day ends at 6,000, the 4,000-step gap can be spread across later days. Your monthly average is total recorded steps divided by days in the month.

This is a program goal, not a universal health threshold. Build up gradually and adapt when pain, illness or mobility needs call for it.
